Provides clerical and technical support for ongoing environmental, safety and process safety compliance issues.
Manages environmental and safety filing system.
Coordinates refinery shift/ERT/Safety calendar for employee distribution.
Coordinates Refinery Safety Calendar.
Assists with the coordination of all audits as needed.
Conducts field activities such as collecting safety audit forms, escorting
visitors, HSE Director special projects and other safety/environmental-related field activities.
Prepares and tracks routine environmental reports such as air compliance
(Excess Emissions, BWON, Title V, etc.), LPDES, waste, etc.
Ensures these reports are submitted within allotted deadlines.
Coordinates and sets up meetings/ training classes as well as manages training documents and attendance (may also coordinate logistics).
Prepares PSM KPI Tracking emails for MOCs, PHAs, etc.
Keeps track of Contractor/employee Hours for various environmental and
Mails and/or faxes environmental letters and documents.
Assists Emergency Response related to EOC set up, may also update emergency response telephone numbers.
Orders/keeps track of supplies, prepares purchase requisitions in SAP.
Assists HSE Managers on monthly budget reconciliation and assist with annual budget cycle.
Performs additional activities in support of environmental, safety and process safety departments.
This position is salaried nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.','!*!
High school diploma or GED required.
3 years of secretarial or clerical experience required.
Position level and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

About the Ardmore Refinery
The Valero Ardmore Refinery has gone through numerous upgrades since its purchase by Valero in 2001. The refinery has been continuously modernized over the years with the objective of processing heavier, sour crudes while maintaining a high product yield establishing the refinery as a leader in the production of clean-burning fuels, especially in the Oklahoma region. In addition to production and processing, the refinery also has more than 2.4 million barrels of refined product storage.
