SUMMARY:This position is responsible for providing administrative support to SVP Health & Safety and HS Strategic Analytics team; coordinating and communicating with Tyson management and outside contacts; providing support in the form ofresearch, obtaining and verifying detailed information and developing presentations requiring a high level of technical skills. Top priority for this position is placed on activities related to data collection and analysis. Other responsibilities include: coordinating all the meeting and event planning for programs and events that are sponsored by the Health & Safety group; designing report formats, programming and generating data, working as a liaison between Health & Safetyand the various Tyson Bus; dissemination of reports to respective business leaders, collecting data from various software systems and complete reports for analytics team; and assist with Health & Safety SharePoint site. This position is also responsible for administrative day-to-day operations of Health & Safety; including activities such as making travel arrangements for departmental members, answering telephones, ordering supplies, designing presentations, general filing,correspondence, and other related tasks.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Education beyond High School required; BS or BA in business or related studies preferredExperience: 3 years of related experience preferredComputer Skills: Standard computer skills to include Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word); strong excel skills; proven experience in creating and managing department Share Point driveCommunication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills.Special Skills: Must possess excellent organizational skills and be a self-starterTravel: 1-5 trips per year
