Koch Compliance Services, LLC (KCS) is seeking a Field Health and Safety Leader to join the Terminals Compliance Team in Marshalltown, IA, Washington, IA, or Vernon Center, MN. The Field Health and Safety Leader will provide support to multiple Anhydrous Ammonia Terminals located in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota. This position will report to the H&S Manager position in another location.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
Support and drive Health and Safety culture (culture change agent)
Mentor site personnel and build capability into the locations for day to day HS responsibilities
Compliance support of construction and maintenance projects
Routing auditing of compliance programs and documentation
Routine site safety and health walkthroughs
Support Corporate Environmental as on-site liaison
Conduct Training for New Employees and Refresher Training for all personnel
Lead EHS Incident Investigations
Address general Health and Safety questions and issues with sound direction
Support Existing PSM programs, including management of change reviews
Prioritization and closure support for action items generated by audits, PHA's and Safety Observations
What You Will Need
degree or higher in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene or Engineering OR 3 years’ experience in a health & safety role in the fertilizer, chemical manufacturing or distribution industry
Experience interacting with federal, state, & local agencies
Experience training & mentoring personnel
Proficient PC skills (Microsoft word, excel, and PPT)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability and Willingness to relocate to Marshalltown, IA, Washington, IA or Vernon Center, MN
Valid Driver's License
High school Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene or Engineering
ASP or CSP certified
