Position Purpose: This position will be responsible for all administrative duties for the Training, Environmental, Health, and Safety Departments. Principal Accountabilities: 50% - Management of safety documentation to include data entry, filing and communication 10% - Assist with training documentation, communication, and tracking 15% - Assist with environmental reporting compliance 10% - Data gathering and maintenance of Cargill ergonomic scorecard information 5% - Management of Safety and Ergonomics Committee including leading monthly meetings, creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, and communication of minutes to team members 5% - Assist with monthly in house facility audits and tracking of documents and action registers. 5% - All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications -Must have working knowledge of Micro Soft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) -Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) -Must have excellent communication skills -Must have excellent presentation skills -Must be able to work independently -Must have the ability to spend time on the production floor interacting with employees - Must be able to interact with all levels of the business Preferred Qualifications -Working knowledge of Micro Soft Access -At least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience -Experience of Safety and Environmental aspects -Willing to grow and pursue a career in the Safety and Environmental profession -Knowledge of ergonomics
