Experience with mechanical, electrical, site civil, roofing systems and trades are required. Experience with safety programs related to cranes, bucket trucks, electrical systems and wireless communication systems including utility and tower structures is a plus. n Manage Safety PPE Purchase Program.n Maintain company safety performance metricsn Support Operations, Director of Safety and Health, Marketing Team and construction teams with RFPs and proposal submissions, safety content, and metrics and reviewing subcontractor safety practices, metrics and their safety plans for conformance to both **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u2019s and our client safety requirements. n Assist in managing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u2019s Medical Monitoring, Screening and Surveillance Programs.n Develop, implement, and deliver safety training courses related to construction, in person and virtuallyn Monitor safety training compliance and reporting to Safety Advocates and operational management.n Conduct project site safety inspections.n Network with Safety Advocates and Business Unit Managers to proactively address and resolve any safety program concern/issues.nnRequired Skills & Required Experiencenn Bacheloru2019s Degree in Safety, industrial hygiene, safety management, environmental science, occupational health or other related fieldn 6-10 years of hands on, related work.n Completed the 30-hour OSHA General Industry safety class and training on EM 385-1-1. n Current certification in first aid and current CPR certification from the American Red Cross (ARC)n Track and investigate worker compensation claims.n Experience in development of Accident Prevention Plans (APP), Activity Hazard Analysis, health and safety plans, or other project-specific documentation.n Advanced written communication skills, being able to transform highly technical information into meaningful content for internal audiences. n Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.nn nMust have a valid driveru2019s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.n nIn accordance with applicable Executive Order 14042 and related requirements, all prospective hires for this position, performing work for the federal government, will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, or qualify for an exemption to this vaccination requirement.
