The individual manages full cycle recruitment activities for all Faculty and Staff positions located at the Downers Grove university campus. The position reports to the Assistant Director of HR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for Downers Grove Staff and Faculty positions to include:
Manage and maintain the Ceridian Recruitment Solutions (CRS) system for the Downers Grove university campus.
Partner with Hiring Managers to create a Recruitment Strategy for open positions.
Screen and submit resumes based on position requirements.
Provide guidance and coaching to Hiring Managers on Recruitment related topics.
Advertise positions with industry specific websites and publications.
Perform behavioral-based interviews for all Faculty and Staff positions.
Verify credentials of Faculty candidates based on the requirements for the position.
Review results of background checks on selected Faculty and Staff candidates.
Perform reference checks for Staff candidates.
Facilitate the contract request process for Faculty new hires.
Extend all Staff employment offers.
Coordinate the on-boarding process with the HR Coordinator, including the relocation process for out-of-area new hires.
Create and maintain job descriptions for Faculty and Staff positions.
Input all new hire information into Ceridian HRIS.
Produce Ceridian recruitment reports for the Downers Grove university campus to include:
New Hire reporting
Open/closed position reporting
Assist to develop and facilitate Recruitment specific training classes.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience required. Understanding of Federal, State and local employment laws and a minimum of 1 year prior recruitment experience required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus.
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Ceridian HRIS desired.
