What to expect
Coach clients with the right strategies and tools to implement the concept of psychological safety, including team and leadership coaching.
Drive positive change through behavioral science approaches, advise on conflict resolution strategies (e.g., through mediation) and use design thinking elements to promote new ways of working.
Following an analytical approach, you help clients achieve complex business transformation.
You introduce and build agile organizational structures that enable your clients to reach their strategic aims and generate sustainable value for the team.
Develop and implement creative storytelling, gamification and workshop concepts.
What were looking forward to
Bachelors degree, for example in sociology, psychology, social psychology, philosophy, political science, business psychology or economics
5 years consulting/coaching experience focusing on psychological safety or in a broader context of mediation, agile transformation, design thinking or change management
Experienced in the design and roll out of culture analytics strategies and survey-based assessments
Track record in workshop design and facilitation
Motivation, high willingness to learn, creativity, strong oral and written communication skills
