Health Safety Analyst Jobs description
A safety analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring that the firm\'s facilities are in compliance with various health and safety regulations. Specific responsibilities of a safety analyst include analyzing various plants and machineries; staying updated on various ehs norms; conducting audits in the area of environmental health and safety; guiding and training workers and technicians in the use of machinery; promoting environmental health and safety programs through-out the organization; assisting the management on long term safety issues; and performing several other tasks as required. A safety analyst typically reports to an ehs manager.A safety analyst should have an associate\'s degree or a bachelor\'s degree. Excellent academic credentials are desirable. Prior experience working as a safety analyst may be helpful. A safety analyst may also be referred to as an environmental health and safety analyst, ehs analyst, or ehs specialist.
